The Throwghing mobile phone, entering into the court without permission and acting alone single judge of supreme court is not permitted in The law it was said by Mubashi Bhutta Advocate Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar on Saturday picked up and tossed mobile phone of a sessions judge after admonishing him for using the device during court hours. The incident happened in Larkana, where Justice Nisar paid a surprise visit of lower courts to observe their proceedings. He also visited Chandka hospital in the Sindh city. While visiting city court-III, Justice Nisar grabbed a sessions judge\u2019s cellphone and flung it on his table. He then asked the judge of the cases he had heard since the morning. The judge said he had heard three cases since morning.
